Are You Crazy? You work out at 5 am?

The alarm goes off at 4:15 am. I roll out of bed, throw on some clothes and my hair up into a pony tail. It's reflex now...(the first 2 weeks were a little rough), and it doesn't even require much thought. Mix up and drink my pre-workout, and hit the door.
Why? Why would you get up that early every morning...let me tell you my reasons...
1. I have no other commitments at that time
2. No One (husband,kids + Grandkids) needs me at that time (usually that is) (less excuses to not go then at the end of my day when everything is going on)
3. I have put my work in on the front end of the day so I eat better ;)
4. I am dead tired come 6 am, but I hit the shower and then I have tons of energy all day plus the calorie burn keeps going.
5. The Ladies that I work out with, they count on me just like I count on them for accountability, encouragement, and just the knowing "Hey, I'm not in this alone"!

Maybe 5 am doesn't work for you, MAKE the time for YOU whenever it is! YOU are so worth it!
